Just a quick follow up, I recently installed v0.6.8 (up from v0.6.7)) of OpenCore Patcher (on my 2012 macbook), and now the microphone security works as documented. REW rocks! And REW was never to blame. Thanks for your help and understanding.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am running on an older MacBook with OpenCore Legacy Patcher. I'm now wondering what changed between 5.19 and 5.20 regarding the csrutil status? I found this site with a google search, I need to post a screenshot since I don't have enough posts to type in the URL.

I'm having trouble getting the microphone permission to work on a MacBook running Monterey (12.6.7). It seems to be broken on all 5.20 versions including 5.20.14. It works fine using 5.19. I've tried to follow all the work arounds. Is there any debugging information I can provide to help fix...
