Thank you for the replys. My laptop dosent have the USB-C, it has this one in the pic. I didn't know the display plug could send audio, I thought it would just send video. I will try that and see if that corrects the issue. Thank you again.

I have a Lenovo w520 laptop with Windows 10 installed and a Marantz 8805 prepro. There is no HDMI just a 3.5mm headphone plug and 2- 3.0 USB's. I was told that I could use the 2nd USB with a USB to HDMI adapter to connect the HDMI cable to the Marantz. After messing around for awhile I finally...
