StraightWire makes an amazing optical HDMI cable up to 50 meters. We been using them for around a year and have make them a company standard on all native 4K projectors, 8K TV’s and Highend 4K TV’s when greater than 25ft. This decision was made using a SpectraCal HDMI diagnostic tool. Good Luck

I believe all of the 4K Roku solutions also support 5.1. The entry level models are still only pcm and stereo I believe.
