Thanks!
I've pretty much decided to go with the Aretha LT after several emails with Holger at Erhard....very responsive and open to some customization requests.....
Decided to go with a restored/upgraded Dynaco ST-70 amp.....hope to receive by end of next week.
Now, trying to decide on a suitable preamp.....currently, considering the Schiit Freya+ and an Erhard Audio Aretha LT.
Any other preamps I should consider?
Thanks.
UPDATE
Received the Tube Box DS3 B two days ago....connected it and listened to a few records....
While the S2 was very good, I do think it sounds better than the Tube Box S2....
Very pleased with the decision to upgrade.
Thanks again to everyone for your input. Always very helpful to have it!
Thanks for sharing your experience with the Dayton. Always, appreciate hearing personal experiences.
I watched that video earlier today and was very helpful.

Thanks for all your input!

Great point about the receiver controls....didn't think about that....I have adjust them at times....especially, treble, I've turned down a bit...I'll have to check if I've got bass at 0 now or if slightly less. Balance I skewed to the right speaker....so, probably not good when I was measuring...
@ddude003 Thanks for confirming...and it makes sense to me that there's some settings tweaking needed....
@Keith_W Agree, this is strange....and certainly not conforming to JBL's specs.
Thanks for checking the cal file.....if by pink noise you refer to the sweeptone file I'm playing through my Yamaha receiver and listening to on my JBLs, then 'Yes'.
btw, while the JBLs don't go down to low, JBL has a companion subwoofer to go with these speakers. My idea was to tryout the...
