Max impedance settings?

Hi i have about 90 ohm ref resistor in the cabling kit.
In my focusrite scarlett 2i2 gen 4.
Using 2 input in front (mono 6.3) and earphone out (mono 6.3)

I like to measure over 1000 ohm how do I do this in the graph? (Or can I export to excel to get over 1k ohm?)

In the graph controls select Log axis for impedance.
