SVS Launches Interactive Speaker Selection Tool , Announces New 16-Ultra Launch Event in New Jersey
SVS(May 11, 2017) SVS has been busily improving upon its already stellar customer web experience. Last week, the ID manufacturer unveiled a new tool that provides an interactive way for potential buyers to build and configure their ideal SVS audio system. The tool, called “Jeeves,” allows buyers to choose from pre-selected systems, but also gives the option of selecting any combination of speakers and subwoofers sold by the company.
The interactive experience shows a graphical representation of a media room, allowing for point and click product selection. In addition, real-world images of selected speakers can be shown with current pricing. As a system is built, Jeeves tallies the total cost on the right hand portion of the screen. Speaking of cost, buyers using Jeeves are given access to an instant 5-percent discount when buying five or more products. All speakers and subs qualify for the discount, and can be mixed and matched.

In other SVS news, the company is partnering with Hi-Fi Sales (Cherry Hill, NJ) for a SVS 16-Ultra Subwoofer launch event (June 15, 2017). Attendees will join SVS President Gary Yacoubian along with Hi-Fi Sales staff to dive deep into the performance capabilities of a complete 7.2.4 SVS system consisting of Ultra Towers, an Ultra Center, Ultra Surrounds, and Prime Elevation speakers in addition to dual PB16-Ultra subs . Other areas of the store will feature demonstrations of Ultra and Prime speakers integrated into compact and high-end systems.
In addition to a host of door prizes (SVS SoundPath Audio Accessories and t-shirts), one lucky attendee will win a Grand Prize system worth $2,100. The system consists of five Prime Satellite Speakers, two Prime Elevation speakers, an SB-1000 subwoofer, and a Sony STR-ZA810ES AV Receiver.
