Last night my g/f cooked up two pork tenderloins. She made her own rub, sprinkled on all sides, seared all sides and cooked it in this Pampered Chef dish. She cooked it to perfection with slight pink in the middle. She baked potatoes in the mircowave with skins on until soft, then through them...

Good afternoon friends. My g/f is off to watch some shows so I'm online catching up and playing some tunes. :) The last tunes I played were these including this from the car as I drove down to pick her up.

I watched this flick last night. On bluray. The soundtrack was awesome and the special effects were very well done.

I noticed some unusual activity on the ice covering the pond while waiting for my coffee to finish so I investigated it with my telephoto lenses on my camera. This is what I saw.
