It's here... my second favorite sports season: College Hoops!
Maryland put the smack down on Butler last night... lots of doubters with the departure of Melo Trimble, but the Terps look primed to create some chaos this year. I think they're going to be a presence in the Big 10... especially with the maturation of their 7-ft Junior center and the promising early season presence of a 6'10 245lb freshman in the middle. They should be 7-0 heading into a Nov 27 matchup against Syracuse in the Big 10/ACC Challenge.
