Hello,

I have a computer with Voicemeeter Banana/Equalizer APO which is connected to an AVR via HDMI. The standard Audio Output on Windows is set to Voicemeter ASIO Input.
So far everything works fine.

Now I want to use REW to measure my 5.1 speaker setup. What I can do is: Set the driver to "ASIO", select "Voicemeter ASIO Input" as a device. Using the generator feature in REW I can get the speakers to output sound.

But I can only select the 8 input/outputs from the HDMI connection, but the UMIK is not listed as a an input channel.

What I couldn't figure out: How do I get the UMIK to work?

Greetings,
Mike

ASIO is essentially a single device protocol, a workaround is to use something like ASIO4All or FlexASIO to provide an ASIO wrapper around an aggregated set of devices. Use of ASIO4All is described in AustinJerry's guide.

Thank you. I was worried, that VB's ASIO driver will collide with ASIO4All, but I will try it out :)

ASIO4ALL was the way to go: Simply select ASI4ALL as the driver. In the driver configuration you can pick both the UMIK and VB ASIO.

Thanks again :)
