Hello new to this forum been looking at it on/off over the years.

Okay I have done something I didn't at first think it would work by using the (Multi Ch Stereo) on the Denon AVC-X8500H with REW connected to HDMI Aux 2 front and sending the pink noise or a frequency sweep to any of the speakers that are connected be it. LCR or in this case I use five screen matrix sort of like 70mm Todd-AO, SDDS8. The signal can be sent to any of the five screen or I can mute all of the five screen or mute anyone channel for testing. The signal passes though the side and rear surround outputs and the x6 overhead Height 1 Height 2 and Height 3 and yes of course the subs.

I think that is basically it as anyone who has used REW over the years will not what to do. Still for any AVR that has speakers wired to the AVR will have to undo the wires for each speaker testing then maybe all of them at once!?

Well its saved me the time to wiring up REW to run though all channels another way around and (this way) seems to work and I ain't knocking it. I'm sure it may have a flaw but doesn't appear so and have ran steady sine wave tones and one at time as well as pink noise and it seems to work.

A video I have done to show the REW being pumped into the Denon AVC-X8500H/ I'm pretty excited about this. :)

REW testing at all speakers.
I can see that all needs to be tightened up oh the fun of it.

Tested the five screen channels
Test each sidewall surround arrays
Tested back surrounds
Tested each Heights 1 2 and 3
Tested subs all at same time

Oh I forgot to test the Below Surround.
