New Novice to REW

Hello all,
I'm very proud to say that I have finally built my own home studio & want to take a true reading of my room for mixing purposes. I believe I have everything I need to do so, a Mac mini, an mbox pro, an SPL meter, a measurement mic & now REW. Can anyone help me proceed from setup to calibrating & actually taking the readings?

Any & all help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

I truly appreciate the response, but none of these help me with my set up. I'm using a mac mini, mbox pro 3, I have an behringer instrument mic & an SPL meter. I was hoping I would be able to take the reading of my studio/mixing room with these tools & by possibly using loopback on my mac. If there's any way you could help me figure this out correctly it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
