I made 5 of the black ones so far, plus one to plug the fireplace. I also made 4 of the white ones for the loft area. On the black ones I have one on each side of the speaker, and on the left side I have an additional one to help block the window. I noticed an immediate tonal difference with the panels in place. During the day I have the left channel inner panel turned parallel to the speaker to allow traffic to iur back yard, and at night I move it back. I notice a shift of the center image when I do this (center is correct when the panels are properly placed). All of the panels are 2 layers of Roxul r60, (in a 6" deep enclosure) and the green part in the background is my bass traps. The bass traps are 2 layers of Roxul r60 going 13' high.

I am interested in how you designed the 6" deep enclosure. What are the dimensions of the enclosure, and did you choose 6" for an acoustic reason or simply to accommodate 2 layers of 3" Roxul?

I originally was going to go with a 8" deep panel...using 2 layers of 2", but when I reallized how big it was I reduced it to 6". The reason I use only 4" instead of 6" is you still retain the benefit of 6" by having a space behind the panel, and save money at the same time.
