"Import sweep recording" gone?

Hi, my "import sweep recording" has disappeared and the cmd+shift+n doesn't respond..
Has anyone the same problem? I've read all the forums and help files but it doesn't make sense to me.. it worked last week.. I've tried to go back to 5.17 and tried on my other mac osx 10.9 instead of my current 10.13.3
Any advices? thank you

apologize about this post. problem solved by updating to 5.19.. i had little snitch blocking everything in&out.. thank you for a superb software!
