There are two problems there. Firstly, that file is not an impulse response, it is a frequency response. Secondly, the content of the file is a mess:

The first line has both a comment and some data on it, the remaining lines start with a comma and they are listed in descending frequency order. REW's text import is very tolerant of formats, but not tolerant enough for that.

Thanks,I believe there is something wrong with the comma format ,

soundcheck's files are messy, so it's not rew's fault，but i hope rew can read soundcheck"s messy data


.I retested using 3 formats and the result is shown in the figure，comma is not working.

And I just discovered that if you drag data to rew, rew recognizes it as impulse data.
