Heya folks

Can anyone guide me towards what this error means and where to look for it?

It usually only happens when i use custom wave doing measurements.

Its a 256 kps file with chirps but my pc system cant see the chirps on the impuls, i was told it was because my system dont have cross talk) whatever that means)

Its not always, but often it comes up with this one.

Im running the latest version of rew

Welcome Michael!
You might want to post this in the REW forum. Or if the mods agree, maybe they can move it.
Knowing what devices you’re using and how they’re connected might prove useful, too.
I‘m guessing you are not hearing the chirp at the beginning of the file but you hear the one at the end. Is this correct? Also that sometimes you do hear the beginning chirp?

No No the chirp is there and I see rew hears it on the little graph window, but like i said the chirp isnt there in the impulse window, front or back

My pc is connected via hdmi from my 3070 card to the avr in the front hdmi port "aux". My cable isnt long enough to be in any back hdmi ports on the avr

Got it, I think.
The chirps for the timing reference are not part of the signal to be measured.
