Generator Pin Random or Periodic

I just upgraded to v5.20 and I am using the Generator and SPL Meter in REW with a UMIK-1 to set the output level off all my speakers to 75dB before doing any measurements.

Questions:
1.Should I be using Pink Random or Pink Periodic Noise?
2.Should I be using Speaker Cal (500 to 2000Hz) to set the level of my main speakers to 75dB and Sub Cal. (30 to 80Hz) to set the level of my subwoofer to 75db?

Yes, speaker cal for speakers and sub cal for subs. The most stable readings will be with Periodic pink noise with a sequence length of 8192, though it only really makes a difference for the sub.
