REW Beta Release During measures, output channel set is always changed to Both.

Make a Measurement changes the selected Output Channel to Both

Preferences set the Output Device Channel to Right (or Left)... Click Measure opens the "Make a Measurement" window, set channel to Right (or Left).. Start Measuring starts on the channel set but just after capturing noise floor, it changes the channel to Both (similar behavior on Check Levels).

That will happen if you have selected loopback as timing reference, since the timing reference is output on the other channel so both need to be enabled.

Hi John, many thanks.
I failed to notice this when no timing or acoustic reference is used.
I was/am trying to setup the loopback using soundflower and linein on the mac, and since I started on the Beta version, well..

And my deepest appreciation for all the work you have put in REW. It is a superb program..
