Hi,
I hope this is the right place for a bug-report. If not, sorry and thanks for moving it to the right place!
Found in REW V5.20.13.
i use REW to view the speaker output voltage of a high power amp (about 2.5kW / Channel).
As my ADC can't handle that voltage, i use an attenuator 1/100.
To see voltages (as they are at the speaker terminals) in REW, i use the compensation in the "Channel Settings", which are inside gear symbol right beside "CH1-CH".
The correct scaling voltage in my case is 1,2 kV. If i enter this value, it works, but on closing the dialog, the scaling value gets reset to 1,2 V. Then, Scope graphs are obviously odd.
I was able to help myself by setting miccal0fsvoltage in registry to 1200.0, but that's not the preferred way of doing this.
Can you avoid that kV is changed into V on closing the channel settings?
Thanks!
BR
