Behringer DSP1100P EQ compatibility?

Hi,

Does anyone know if REW can correctly generate filters for the DSP1100P?

In the REW manual, it says that it can generate filters for the Behringer DSP1124P, which is the successor of the DSP1100P.

Regarding the DSP1100P, the REW manual writes:
Note that the Behringer DSP1100 software package does NOT correctly reproduce the way the bandwidth control actually operates, its bandwidths are too small by a factor of sqrt(2)

What does that means? if I choose the DSP1124P in REW, and use those filters for my DSP1100P, will it work correctly? do I need to change something?

The note refers to an old Behringer software tool. To check whether the 1100P behaves the same way as the 1124P try setting up some filters on the 1100P and measuring them in a loopback connection and see if the measured shapes match the REW shapes for the same settings.
