REW setup with UMIK-1 time alignment with no HDMI

I have a Yamaha Z9 which doesnt have provision for HDMI.
I have UMIK-1 and a laptop that has a headphone type connection.

Can I still use the time alignment tool?

Create a sweep with timing, save to a .wav file... Copy to a usb jump stick and/or play the .wav file through your kit...

Yes and perhaps the easiest way is if you have a source connected to your Z9 that can play a multichannel wave file created in REW as @ddude003 suggested.

If not, what is it you wish to align? Typically it’s subs to mains.

Your welcome... It looks like your Z9 has no USB or Ethernet capability either... Yes, you could use your headphone _stereo_ out from your laptop as a last resort...
